Intelligence

Intelligence

I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again, very few really want to be officially dubed as the know-it-all. It’s the ego, it’s the arrogance, it’s the DNA drip, it’s the society we dwell in, it’s those close dudes we butt up against, it’s those pompous queens we mingle with or it’s the humdrum of Amazon.com. Nothing comes easy when you want to play with the big boys. It’s all rumble and tumble in somebody else’s playground. We’re manning real guns, with real ammo, at real targets. And I’m sure we all have someone who we identify as our very own ‘Dr. Spock’. They come in and out of our time machine like their an integral part of the machine. And most of the time, we just play dumb, because we can, and yes proxy has labeled us all “big time losers.”

Intelligence of knowing full well what needs to take place:

By dedicating yourself to becoming a learner for life.

By following your dreams.

By challenging yourself.

By evaluating about how you think.

By micro managing your puny body.

By studying a language.

By perusing all the news.

By relying a tad less on technology.

By being approachable.

By being okay with acting like a dumbass at times, and that’s why I’m such a genius!

Humble

Humble

Schooled is not some parochial institution with platted uniforms and proctors who idolize stern or strict behavior. There is always someone bigger, badder and better than us. Humiliation may not be the greatest form of an on-call, in-house, post facto, massage therapist instructor, yet it is one that has history and data to support its claim, as well as drooping shouldered subjects wandering around aimlessly. It’s the fire that burns, not the thought from the torch. We all need to face the firing squad and be humble at some time, to recognize that bullets damage the very essence of the outer skeletal to the inner confines of our wimpy bods.

Being humble is living with legit limitations while praising another’s success.

Most of those who are humble:

Focus their energy on others.

Or their moral compass guides.

Or their decision making.

Or they see total happiness as a journey.

Or they excel as leaders.

Or they know good things lie ahead and are willing to wait.

Or they have strong relationships.

Passionate

Passionate

Most of the great people in our world are extremely passionate or extremely possessive, which may equal greed. And yes, their narcissistic behavior exudes beyond measure. We can’t stop some things nor avoid that semi, while we are driven to an ultimate pseudo sainthood that’s been miss matched in piñata green and red. To be absorbed in the ideology or the mystique of something that’s got potential is extremely passionate as well as possessed. Some may call that crazy, others may chide in and state madness, while the subdued, underclass wimpy types will be awe struck from a distance. There’s never a happy medium nor time lapsed photography to bring peace and acceptance to something so frenzied out that the normal types on the planet can’t absorb or accept. If you desire to possess, then there should be passion flowing from those bulging veins of yours!

And passionate is being consumed:

By your calling.

By slowing down.

By changing your story.

By owning your uniqueness.

By cultivating confidence.

By finding the themes.

By writing down the events.

By focusing on the fun.

By pushing past the fears.

“Loving what you do turns you on to its possibilities.”(Mr.D)

Respectful

Respectful

I’m not sure how you feel about rejection, or the lonely stool method of isolation, or even the muy largo humungous paddle with holes. We emulate those we choose to mimic. We may claim our isolated events as our own, and dub them as personal creative license, yet in the long run we are just a shake and bake of someone else’s departure! People exist in our sphere of influence in those tiny time slots we call gaps so we may demonstrate a respectful character back at them.

respectful.

Because that’s knowing the bubble we subsist in:

Is smaller than we think.

It’s looking for the good.

It’s knowing their uniquely special.

It’s treating everyone else how we want to be treated!

Jimmy Carter

“Respect is compounded interest.”(Mr.D)

Perseverance

Perseverance

Fantasy is the game, fate is the outcome. What you do in Lala land may lend to your perseverance. And it’s not the glitz nor the glitter, it’s the cleanup crew. It’s not all the new fine paint, it’s the preparation. You may see Shangri-La, yet it’s the back 40 that scratches your back and festers with weeds. You may feel the Jones or Smith’s stock rise, but you’re sinking like some lead balloon. That’s plain and simple so never dismiss the fact that we need a Disneyland in the middle of our barren oasis.

Perseverance, which means, never letting the strong tide push you down.

By working hard.

By quieting the voice of resistance.

By taking action.

By maintaining enthusiasm.

By being creative.

By acting like a real grown up.

By doing more than one thing.

By letting go.

By being prepared.

By creating a support network.

By taking care of yourself.

Nelson Mandela

“We’re over comers or overcome by life.”(Mr.D)

Moderate

Moderate

You will Know Them by Their Lexus. WE all you’ll know them because they have bad breath or because they’re rude and completely narcissistic in every behavioral lapse known to mankind. But the key is to recognize that it’s not what you wear, or what you drive, it’s who you are. The difference maker is always found in the puddle of DNA. And I’m not a fan of flaunting or attempting to be some bad ass with a jalopy, nor am I into sloppy seconds with some makeshift wannabe. As in the fourth chapter on contrasting elements that set us all apart, here, there’s no question in this fifth chapter you’ll be identified, lock, stock, and barrel. It’s not the diesel, nor the 97 octane, it’s just plain and simple, what you roll with is rolling you off some thousand foot embankment.

moderation is the driving force behind a true existence within an honest means to an ends lifestyle agenda.
